Ah, local rock and roll. So underrated by some, so highly appreciated by yours truly. When I saw this CD was up for review, I grabbed it pretty quickly. (hey, if you don't snatch them up fast at a Shockwave meeting, you don't get them!) Here's my take on The Cheaters: Take the first two words out of the album title and there you have it, plain and simple, rock n roll. "Bye Bye Baltimore Sky" is a soulful song, something you don't always see or hear. I'm a fan, that's for sure. I'll be looking for these guys at a local show soon.
